Heavy rain is expected from 9am onwards on Sunday, with the rain predicted to ease off by late afternoon.
Forecasters predict highs of 21oC and lows of 13oC.
The dramatic change in weather has affected most of the country.

Train firm Northern advised passengers not to travel in the Yorkshire area due to the same issue.
