A Washington grandmother has expressed her delight after she won over £160,000 by playing the Postcode Lottery.
61-year-old Susan Mitchell won a total of £166,666 after her full postcode was announced as the winner.

Hide AdShe couldn’t believe it when she found out, saying: “I was in denial when I got the phone call.
“I thought someone was having a joke and then I watched it get announced on Facebook and saw it was real.
“It’s unbelievable.”
Susan, who has lived at the winning postcode for 27 years, is unable to congratulate her neighbours due to the coronavirus outbreak.
However, she is taking the time in lockdown to think about how she will spend her winnings.

Hide AdShe added: “With everywhere being closed at the moment it’s giving me a bit of time to think long and hard about what I’ll use it for, which is probably a good thing.”
“Myself and my husband Colin were meant to be going to Mallorca in a few weeks’ but that’s been cancelled. Now we’ll be able to book a trip away for the whole family when it’s safe to do so.”
